Hands-down the rudest people I've ever dealt with if you're in customer service and you're trying to sell a product you should be nice to the people you're trying to sell it to you as most people like myself will just hang up the phone and not deal with you anymore because you're so rude Woman I don't was on the phone was the rudest I have dealt with in a very long time and should not be in a customer service position
Best customer service I've ever had. Spoke with Toni and Ken they both knew exactly what I needed and answered all my questions they are very informed. Got my order a lot quicker than I would if I went to Home Depot. Great prices and you get more then What you paid for, for sure. They follow through and help you every step of the way if need be. Will definitely order from them again.
