I love this clinic I now live in clearwater but still prefer to drive to pinellas park so that my children can be seen at this office. Everyone here is very kind and helpful, my son's Dr. NICHOLAS SCHEY is awesome and takes his time with any and every concern I have. It's been really nice not seeing just anyone I call now and specifically ask for him. Thanks to all the staff at this office though it takes all of you at the front and in the back to make it the office that it is.
I've never had an issue. Always friendly and helpful. Wait times usually aren't long but I guess it depends on what time you go in. Front desk staff is nice, doctors are funny, staff is pretty cool. No complaints over here
Went there for the first time to see my daughter’s pediatrician I absolutely loved the nurses an the doctor! I’m very pleased with them and the facility! I’m so glad that I switched doctors!
Looking for a personable experience for Ob care... This is NOT the place. Nurse Nicole and Nurse Elizabeth are extremely nice and efficient but other then that, don't expect much. You can never seem to get through on the phone and it takes forever to get back to you. They also misplaced my passport and never gave me a new one, so my frequent visits to the E.R. have been a nightmare since I had none of my lab information. Dr. Kinder was very dismissive and short like he had something better to do and I hate how you never know who will be delivering your baby because it "depends who's working that day". As a patient, you shouldn't feel like a burden. It's their job to take care of YOU. Not what's convenient for them. Hate this place, wish I could give no stars !!
Great clinic and a wonderful non-profit that provides an invaluable service to the low income community. My family has been going here for ten years and receive care in pediatrics, pediatric behavioral health, and family medicine. We've always been treated very well by everyone on staff and have seen every pediatrician at the Pinellas Park center. I can typically get a same day sick appointment and never have to wait too long for a regular appointment. And Saturday hours are very helpful for a parent who works full time. The only con to speak of is the wait time in the lobby but it's really no different than any other doctors office.
