Just saw Thor in theater 13. Seats were like new, plushy and reclining. Everything is assigned seats so you don't have to get there an hour early.
Ticket prices suck, but I'd rather spend my money here. Decided to go here cause it was one of the few places playing a movie I wanted to see, and I'm glad I did. I love the recline chairs, they're super comfy.
The new seating is on par with local competitors. Only issue I had was the theater was too cold for comfort. Otherwise, sound and picture quality was good.
The screen however had vertical streaks in it that were distracting during bright scenes.
Completely impossible to get a hold of them by phone. You call the general number and follow the instructions precisely and it doesn’t work! Even when you get to the part where it says press two to be connected directly to the regal Cinemas at Panellus Park it goes back to telling you to enter their four digit code which is clearly marked on the website but when you enter it it just goes back to telling you to press one for a list of movies press two for your favorite movies… Pathetic . How can I come see a movie if I can’t get a hold of the movie theater?
The store looks nice the service is awesome, but the price for a medium popcorn and a medium soda... $14.00, is way too much. I know you have to make a profit.. but come on!!!!
