The staff at this store were incredibly informative and tolerant! Being new to fishkeeping, I had tons of questions to ask and ended up spending over an hour here simply gathering information and staring at their wide selection of lovely fish. I have full confidence that my new freshwater tank is going to be brilliant thanks to their assistance.

The owner or manager has an awful attitude. Didn’t even make it in the door before he made an awful impression, which I decided to turn around and leave. NO THANKS

Check, double check, and triple check the reptile you are looking to purchase for mites before buying. Purchased a beautiful pastel ball python, my first reptile, I checked him over, but not thoroughly enough, and after bringing him home and getting him set up I found him to be soaking in his water bowl. This might be my first reptile, but I did my research before purchasing. With his tank 80 degrees, and his Hotspot at 90, and the humidity fluctuating between 55 and 60 percent, I knew it must be mites. Sure enough as he was soaking them they had left his scales and were crawling about his back and head and a few drowned in his water bowl. He is my first reptile and the only reptile I was in contact with before my purchase. Fins and skins needs to double check their whole stock and treat as needed

Furthermore, being a reptile owner, I simply had to check out their reptile room in the back. Even though I wasn't looking to buy, the girl there was very helpful and even let me interact with and handle some of the animals there. Overall a great place, wish I had found it sooner!

First visit today! I have a bearded dragon . Always purchased feeders supplies etc from 2 local reptile stores. One moved too far other closing. Passed by here many times never knew they had all of this! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The tanks are the cleanest I've ever seen! Beautiful rare fish ...has me thinking of starting a tank! Even the Beta fish had oxygenation tubing!!!!! Now that's a fish lover ! My new go to Happy I googled wish I had sooner so close to me!

Had lost one of my Clown Loaches after 11 years, and wanted to pick up a couple more. This place was the only one with them in stock. Fish are healthy and the manager was helpful. Only concern is the prices are much higher than everywhere else and not sure I agree with what is considered "large" and commanding the higher prices for certain breeds of fish. That being said, you charge what people are willing to pay, and I was willing to pay $30 a fish. No complaints and will shop there again.
