Stopped in yesteday looking to treat myself to a few pairs of shoes. Not one associate greeted me. About 2 minutes after being in the store a party of 4 came in and were greeted immediately. I just walked right out and went to shoe carnival where it was excellent customer service. Famous footwear wont get a penny from me.

I am a kid with my friends but we weren't being obnoxious we were being normal and the employees surrounded us and kept on giving us side eye. This is the only store we went to and we lost our gift card and we'll left to go to another store. We noticed we lost our gift card and come back to this store. They claim they haven't seen it but it is nowhere!
Got to the store at 10:19 still wasnt open! Stood out in the heat for 20 more minutes! Very angry Had to be to work at 12 stayed a lil way down south Didnt have time to come back
