My first impression was a good one. For one, they have an excellent rating with BBB, Google, and some other sites. If you do business with them, you will see why. Their website is easy to use and if you contact them via webpage about a car, they respond quickly. You can look at the car inventory and all the specs anytime you want online. The best part about their website is that they allow you to view the CarFax for free. That was a very important part of the process for me- checking the history of the vehicles. After watching the inventory for a couple months, I finally saw a Hybrid vehicle appear that fit all my needs. The online description and pictures were very thorough. I decided to go check it out in person. The dealership building itself is quite nice with tasteful decor and an inviting atmosphere. No appointments needed, you can freely walk the lot and look around without being pressured. The sales team is highly knowledgeable. They know their cars and they know their finance. I had the pleasure of car-buying with Jennifer. She is super sweet and will go to great lengths to get you what you want. The biggest take away from this whole experience is that Superior Auto Sales is willing to work with you and they want you to come back! This is how business is meant to be.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was by far the easiest, least stressful, no-hassle, honest, straightforward, helpful dealership we have every encountered in over 30 years of buying cars. 8/16 I went into Superior Auto with a 2003 Lexus in my head, as that was what I saw online. With the help of Jennifer, she was able to put me into a 2017 Chevy!!! She was awesome and really listened to what was important to me.
Fantastic! My dream car overheated and the engine wasn't salvageable, so I needed a car right away. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of finding a car, but I am thrilled that I found this place. I was used to buying from car dealer friends in my home state, but this experience was just as terrific (even as regrettable as it was). I used to be scared of car dealerships, that is until I met Superior Auto Sales. This is not your typical used car lot. The staff is friendly and genuine. They treat you more like family than customers. I first learned about Superior Auto from my credit union, which should say something. Reputable banks do not recommended just anyone.
Now for the car I bought: it is fantastic. I got a great deal on a quality used car. They offer a 30-day powertrain/transmission/engine warranty which defintely eased my mind. The car itself was in near pristine condition which is awesome for a 7-year-old car. I feel that I paid below market price for what I got. As someone who has had bad experiences with lemons and shady car dealers, I knew this car and Superior Auto was different. I will be a returning customer in the future and I have already recommended Mike Kashtan's Superior Auto Sales to well...everyone!
