My wife and I were displaced from the Virgin Islands due to hurricane Maria, we lost everything and my wife is 6 months pregnant. We were working with a very tight budget with money donated to us by friends and family. The day before we had been at a Honda dealership and test drove an 09 Civic and then then talked about it that night and decided that in the morning we would go buy the Civic because the rental car we had was due back that afternoon. Just by chance we stopped into West Coast Car and Truck on our way to buy the Civic just to give a look. We were greeted by Jackie and from that point on we felt like we were in good hands (also both Jackie and my wife are big Dolphins fans so it was and instant bond). We told our story to Jackie and he said “we’re getting you in a car today.” Everyone there was incredibly friendly and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience there. Jackie gave us a great deal on a 2012 Versa and I think it’s the perfect car for us until until we get back on our feet and probably even longer than that. We felt extremely more taken care of at West Coast than we did anywhere else that we had been car shopping that whole week. Everyone there actually seemed to care and were sympathetic about our situation. We will be in the market for a second car eventually once we’re back on our feet and we will most definitely be going back to West Coast Car and Truck. We highly recommend everyone else do the same.
Chuck and Ken were so great to work with. My husband went to multiple dealerships looking for a truck. They all had hidden fees. When my husband asked for exact numbers, West Coast was able to provide them.
Great place. There was no hassle and felt absolutely no pressure to make a purchase. At the end of the day I got really good rates on my monthly payment from down to earth regular people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Amazing customer service! These guys (and gal) here at West Coast Car and Truck are very laid back, very friendly and only want you to be happy. I almost thought they were being standoffish when I was on the phone with them, but then realized...they were just that friendly and laid back and said it's completely up to me and didn't want me to feel pressured to buy. Would 100% def buy here again and recommend to all, especially military...as I am active duty. Extra kudos to Chuck and Kraig for great customer service. A++
I was searching and searching for a car that was like my old one and I came across a beauty at West Coast Car & Truck Sales. Jackie was the salesman; he was very helpful and very professional. It didn’t take long for them to approve me and get me back into the car I wanted. I’ve dealt with many car dealerships and west coast car & truck sales is hands down the best one. They have many beautiful well-kept cars on the lot unlike other dealerships because west coast car takes pride in their dealership. Jackie, Ken and everyone that works there made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be telling all my friends.
