Some seriously uninterested people answering the phones. Like the kind of uninterested that takes the average person years to develop and hone. I'm fairly certain that I am more interested in the current governmental affairs of French Polynesia than these people are in helping you with absolutely anything.
These two gentlemen went above and beyond to get these large difficult pieces up our stairwell! I am so pleased with the service they provided!
It's been about 5 months since we bought our L shaped sofa from here and it still looks/feels great! We opted for a middle-priced couch so we know it won't last forever but it is very comfortable and worth the price. I searched almost every outlet and furniture store in the area, trust me, this place has the most fair prices and best selection. I also really liked the customer service, the salesmen did not bother or hound us while looking and were very laid back, no pressure. I'm happy and will be back for more in the future!
If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolute worse customer service and experience. I never complain or write bad reviews but I had to so that maybe it could save someone else the trouble.
