The staff was GREAT, We took 3 days to make a decision and they were the same when we came back. Dropping a few thousand on a bed is not a small investment, they understood that. However... we were completely comfortable with it ... BOTH of us. (That never happens!!!)
Staff was very attentive and found exactly what we were looking for though they didn't realize they had it. We showed them a picture of the item on line for slightly less and they matched it.
