When I went into the store I was greeted by Eric. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all. I had a particular living room set in mind and when I sat on the sofa, I decided that it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Eric took the time to offer me several other options. After sitting in, what seemed like 100 different sofas and recliners, I found the perfect set for what I needed. Eric was extremely patient!! Can't wait for delivery.
What a terrific place to shop! Great service and excellent selection! I would definitely recommend Rooms To Go to anyone looking for great furniture at an affordable price. Sales people are very laid back and low pressure. Great overall experience!!!
My experience in the store was good. The delivery and set up, ok. What I have a problem with is I paid for the extra protection package and my experience has been horrible. I spilled a drink on my chair and it now has a stain. After two attempts of cleaning it with a rooms to go cleaning professional the stain is still there. Rooms to go says they will remove the stain or replace the product. So the beginning of July they put in an order to replace the cushion and said it would take 30 days. 30 days came and went so I called and the lady was extremely rude and said it would be at least 90 days which would be the beginning of oct right before my family reunion at my house. Oct 8 came and still no replacement so I called and they said they didn’t know when it would be in so I paid a professional $120 to clean the chair. After many separate attempts I have called customer service and have got the run around every time. They have told me they must email the supplier and they would call me back later that day with some information. They say has never come. They have never called me back every time I call they have no notes in the system about any emails. I am fed up. Don’t waste your money on the protection package. It is a joke. I am very unsatisfied and will not be spending my money more recommend rooms to go to anybody in the future.
JT was very professional and very helpful. He stayed late on a Friday night and later followed up with a hand written thank you card in the mail, nice touch! He found out that my couch, which was back ordered for 8 weeks, actually came in sooner and I should receive this Saturday. The delivery team delivering the other part of my order was on time first thing in the morning and very nice, hope I get the same crew the next time. I will definitely continue making purchases from this location.
My sister purchased a living room set that included 3 glass tables. The cocktail table literally exploded one evening and there was glass everywhere. I am told this is called spontaneous combustion. I called Rooms to Go explained situation and was told there was nothing they could do since warranty expired. I explained we would be happy to accept a wood floor sample table as this was defective merchandise and they replied they could do nothing. Warning Do Not purchase glass from Rooms to Go.
